Well having healthy food can help you to do many things. That’s why having healthy foods at every meal of the day is really important. Having things like weetabix will provide you with all the carbohydrates you need. When you have dinner you should have protein which is in meat and little carbohydrates, also some fruit and vegetables. Did you know that it’s not just good food you have to have, also you have to have exercise to keep your muscles powerful your bones strong and your joints flexible. You need to keep your heart and lungs healthy too. How can you eat a balanced diet!
