© 2006 AdvancED 11 District Self-Assessment Report Prior to the visit, the district will prepare and submit a report that contains….. 1.An explanation of how the district organized and implemented the district accreditation process 2.A qualitative narrative response to each of the seven standards that illustrates how the system meets the standard 3.A description of the continuous improvement framework implemented by the system and schools 4.A description of quality assurance methods used to monitor student learning and organizational effectiveness

© 2006 AdvancED 18 Task 4 Choose any posted Standard and Focus Questions to add input Move to any other standards as time allows and add ideas, comments, notes

© 2006 AdvancED 19 Group Study Task 5 In standards groups, reflect on the evidences and answers to focus questions. Using the Overall Assessment Rubric, determine at what level we are meeting the standard. Not evident, emerging, operational, highly functional Operational is required in order for the standard to be met.
