6 ON TARGET Performance Evaluations and Feedback Processes Initial Feedback Observation Mid-term Feedback ObservationEvaluation ABC is committed to providing feedback to its employees. We believe meaningful and timely feedback is essential to professional growth and development with benefits for both the individual and the organization. We also feel feedback is a continuous multi-directional communication among all ABC members. Evaluations will be based on an individual’s progress towards meeting goals and milestones set forth during feedback sessions.

Through our dedication to transparency, we enable stakeholders to gain access to organizational goals, projects, policies and plans thus facilitating direction, alignment and commitment within all facets of our organization. We seek input and feedback from ABC members in order to make sound decisions strengthening our organization and allowing us to achieve our goals.

10 ON TARGET Conflict Resolution Identify the conflict Who is involved? Is the problem personal or personnel related? What attempts have been made at resolution? Identify solutions Establish ground rules. Develop alternatives. Weigh alternatives’ pros and cons. Implement solutions Develop a plan of action. Develop a plan to track and measure success. ABC utilizes a three step approach to conflict resolution. While we encourage conflict to be handled at the lowest level possible, we realize there are times where mediation may be necessary. Our conflict resolution team is composed of trained professionals who are available to assist with personal and intergroup conflict management. We also provide training on conflict resolution within the workplace.

11 ON TARGET Change Management Three Phase Process ABC recognizes the need to evolve as the needs of our customers and stakeholders change. Our approach to change management is systematic and designed to optimize resources while minimizing potential negative impacts. The three phases of our change management approach include unfreezing, the transition period, and freezing.
