Legislation support 2008 – Slovak Rector´s conference focused on the issue of plagiarism 2008 – Slovak Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport (=MinEdu) decided to create national repository of theses and plagiarism detection system 2009 – Highter Education Act amendment: ▫all universities (operating under Highther Education Act) must to send each thesis to national repository of theses, ▫each thesis must be checked to plagiarism control.
