3. 2. Put all the prepared ingredients into a mixing bowl.

5. 4. Put 6 x 15ml spoons of olive oil in a glass jar.

6. 5. Add 2 x 15ml spoons of fresh orange juice.

7. 6. Salt and pepper.

8. 7. ½ x 5ml spoon of mustard.

9. 8. 1 crushed clove of garlic.

10. 9. ½ x 5ml spoon fresh herbs.
