Russian salad

Ingredients: - a mixed bag of Russian salad (450 grams) or 2 large potatoes, 3 carrots, fresh peas, 300 gr - 2 large eggs - a little green onion (white part) - 1 / 2 green apple - 400 gr chicken breast cut small pieces - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise - 3 pickled cucumbers (medium) - Several yarns fresh dill

Boil vegetables in water with salt, but carefully to the boiling time, do not exceed 10 to 12 minutes and taste the vegetables occasionally. It should be cooked but remain crunchy, otherwise it will look like a pudding salad. If you do not use mixed vegetables, boil the potatoes in the peel, clean and cook the carrots separately, and in another pot, cook peas. Then they cut all the cubes.

Cut and diced green apple and pickled cucumbers. Cut the onion slices and 2 hard boiled eggs. The chicken is boiled, then mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil and a spice taste.

Finally, mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise, seasoned with chopped dill and dam cold. Ready! Looks like boeuf salad, it's true, but it is more refined, in my opinion!
