Club membership for Executives Movie Tickets for the Employees for there Entertainment Trekking and camping trips for entertainment as well as health purpose. Counseling for the over stressed Employees Stress Management Training as well as Seminar for the Employees.

Education related Stress management Parents should always support there children and encourage them in the things they like to do. Educational institutes should extend full support to the students to expand there creative visions. Also counseling for the under performing or shy students Teachers should guide the students through out the curriculum.

Conclusion: Stress is a Major concern in the hectic life now a days. Corporate people and the Young students are there main victims therefore managing stress have become an important issue for the Society. As the consequences are highlighted. Both the person himself as well as others have to work towards on this major alarming issue.
