Student staff must be abreast of all online library resources, including the KOHA Open-Source ILS Integrated Library System, library catalog, databases, E-Books, Periodicals and Tutorials (QUILT), etc. Note: Everett Library’s electronic resources are encrypted to ensure material integrity. To access Everett Library’s Electronic Resource Databases from off-campus, please advise students, staff and faculty to use their standard Queens username and password.

3. Checking materials out in the KOHA Integrated Library System…  Please inspect the library materials at the Welcome Desk to insure they are circulating materials prior to scanning them into the KOHA system.  Enter each item’s barcode in the ‘Check Out’ search box.

4. You will notice the items appear under ‘Today’s Checkouts.’
