3 INTRODUCTION POKEN PARTNER HUB How to access Poken Partner Hub : 1.Go to www.partner.poken.comwww.partner.poken.com 2.Login with your username and password

4 Main Page Main Campaign Page New features highlighted in red: 1.Edit Profile Page 2.Manage Categories 3.Manage Speakers 4.Manage Agenda 5.Manage Announcements **Note: As of now these new features are for m.poken.com – there will be widgets for the web portal hopefully by Q2 2014**

5 MANAGE CATEGORIES Edit Profile Page – This is where you can add any kind of event information that will be shown on the mobile app.

6 1.Click on Edit Profile Page 2.Then fill in the fields with all the details of the event. You can add a description, pictures, links, documents, social networks etc. 3. If you click on the tab Content, you can add additional information for example Practical Information and you can choose from 3 different content types: Test/HTML, object, person. Then simply fill in the fields MANAGE CATEGORIES Edit Profile Page

7 MANAGE CATEGORIES Categories – Allows you to configure categories and sub- categories for Conference Sessions, Exhibitors, Speakers, and Announcements. You can then assign these categories when creating the sessions, exhibitors, speakers or announcements.

8 1.Click on Manage Categories 2.Click on Add Category for Conference Session, Exhibitor, and/or Speaker 3.Insert the category name and the plural 4.You can also insert sub-categories 5.Then click Add MANAGE CATEGORIES Add Categories

9 MANAGE CATEGORIES Example:

10 MANAGE SPEAKERS Speakers – If an event has speakers doing presentations/sessions during the conference you can include the speaker details and also integrate this into the agenda/programme.

11 MANAGE SPEAKERS Add Speakers 1.All Speakers must have a Poken account so first add them as visitors under Manage Visitors. 2.Click on Manage Speakers 3.Click on Add Speaker 1.Enter email address of speaker, then Search 2.Choose one or more categories for the speaker 3.Enter all the details: Location, Headline (these are just text you are free to write anything here) 4.Edit the Display Position if you wish to order the speakers by importance or chronologically (the lower the number the higher the position). 5.Click Save Changes

12 MANAGE SPEAKERS Edit Speakers 1.When you edit the Speaker Profile Page treat it as an object not a Poken profile account 2.You can add a description, pictures, links, documents, social networks etc. just like an object.

13 MANAGE AGENDA Agenda – If an event has an agenda/programme that you want to include go to Manage Agenda to add all the event agenda details. It is organized by date and chronologically. You can even link the speakers into the sessions.

14 1.Click on Manage Agenda 2.Choose the date of the agenda – you can also flick through the dates with the arrows 3.Click on Add Session 4.Add all the details of the Conference Session in the fields provided MANAGE AGENDA Add Session

15 MANAGE AGENDA Example: This is the “Special Display” Edit session Add Speakers to session

16 MANAGE AGENDA Edit Session 1.You can add a description, pictures, links, documents, social networks etc. just like an object.

17 MANAGE AGENDA Add Speaker to Session 1.Click on Add Speaker 2.Then use the drop down menu to select your speaker and the speaker category.

18 MANAGE ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements – If an event has an agenda/programme that you want to include go to Manage Announcements to add any announcements.

19 MANAGE ANNOUNCEMENT Add Announcement 1.Click on Manage Announcements 2.Click on Add Announcement 1.Enter all the announcement details in the fields below 2.You can schedule the date and time you want the announcement to appear.

20 MANAGE ANNOUNCEMENT Example: Edit session

21 MANAGE ANNOUNCEMENT Edit Announcement 1.When you edit the Announcement treat it as an object 2.You can add a description, pictures, links, documents, social networks etc. just like an object.
