3 Time Departure time Thursday, 11/19 – Meet at Saint Theresa at 3:45 am – We will arrive around 3 pm Indianapolis, In – If you need to park your car over the weekend please let me know Departure time Sunday, Nov 22 – Leave Indianapolis,In 8:45 am – Arrive at St. Theresa around 6pm

4 Phone numbers All the teens will have a phone list for all the people attending Megs and the chaperones will have a list of all the parents numbers Remember to bring a phone charger

6 Chaperones Teens will check in with their chaperone though out the day and at meal time by way of text messaging or phone calls and group check ins. Also if any issue arise and Megs is notified. This might result in the teen bring her “bff” for the next day and I assure it is NOT fun!

9 Rooms For the girls who ever in your group is in your room. See me after the meeting Guys who ever in your group is in your room. We are guest to this hotel remember to keep this hotel cleaner then what your own room would be! There will ne a banquet room or lobby for games and too hang out Only you and your roommates can be in the room your been assigned No purple!(Ask Megs) Someone might want to bring a sleeping bag/blow up mattress depending on how many people are in your room.

10 Rules and safety Rules 1.Have Fun! 2.Be on your best behavior 3.Turn in room key to chaperone at the start of each day and we will give them back at the end of the day Safety 1.You need to stick with your group but you can combine with other St. Theresa kids 2.Yes, guys and gals can hangout together during the day 3.At least 3 people need to be in a group

11 Foods You are encourage to bring food for the hotel room, make sure to clean in up. Before you leave for the trip everyone needs to bring me a pack of juice boxes, box or granola bars and your favorite prepackaged snack

12 Meals Thursday 1.Breakfast(bars and juice boxes from Megs) 2.Lunch(on the road) 3.Dinner(we will go get food together) Friday 1.Breakfast(bars and juice boxes from Megs) 2.Lunch on own 3.Pizza Dinner after Mass with Bishop Pates Saturday 1.Breakfast(bars and juice boxes from Megs) 2.Lunch(on own) 3.Dinner(Buca di Beppo)(Included in cost) Sunday Breakfast(bars and juice boxes from Megs) 1.Lunch(on the road) 2.Dinner(I have extra snacks for the ride home)

13 Money I would recommend bringing $100 This would cover 1.Lunch and dinner meals not covered by your trip cost 2.Any items you would like to buy at the Conference

14 Clothing What to pack 1.Comfy and modest clothes 2.Remember modest is hottest 3. Layers(I would highly encourage bringing a winter jacket and a sweatshirt we may be coming back to snow Swim suit Jeans Lazy clothes Shower items(Yes, shower are encouraged at least once on this trip, for the sake of our noses)

19 What not to bring/How not to act What not to bring… 1.Drama(this a drama free space and this will be your family for 4 days so lets enjoy it!) 2.Any substances that will prohibit us from having a good time, and this will result in a trip back home from the conference with further consequence when Megs gets back
