Projects ending on 31 December 2009 APEC Financial year ends 31 December 2009 2008 numbered projects will be deemed completed on that date and any unused funds will be returned to central funds for re-allocation All project claims of disbursement the deadline is 7 December to process in time and avoid payment problems. If there is any energy project in circumstances of time extension please advise to make the necessary arrangements. Project Extensions Timeline is 26 th November.
