Steven Virgadamo Served the Archdiocese of Hartford, Connecticut Steven Virgadamo is a skilled and talented education administrator, strategic planner, and institutional advancement and marketing specialist. He is an effective leader and problem solver. He is a former Vice President for Catholic School Management, Inc., a financial, educational, management, marketing, and development consulting firm that serves Catholic schools and parishes. With 25 years of Catholic School management experience, he joined the University of Notre Dame as an Associate Director in the Alliance for Catholic Education program. Steve has a vast experience of guiding hundreds of Catholic schools in almost half of the Dioceses of the United States.

Steven Virgadamo Served the Archdiocese of Hartford, Connecticut Steven Virgadamo established the Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Schools (FACS) in 1982. This is a Hartford based non- profit corporation with a mission to fund the education of minority and underprivileged students. He served as an Executive Director till 1986. During these four years, he implemented a $15 million endowment campaign for catholic education. He designed and conducted an Archdiocesan annual fund effort to provide $1 million in annual scholarship support for students attending inner city schools. He also established and managed a process of awarding grants to schools, families, and parishes. In 1986, Steven Virgadamo joined Diocese of Wilmington, as the Director of Development and Stewardship. He served on the Bishop's Senior Leadership Team. He not only conducted an assessment of existing philanthropic strengths and opportunities, but also created a strategic vision for long term growth and success in stewardship and development.

Steven Virgadamo Served the Archdiocese of Hartford, Connecticut Steven Virgadamo is credited as having planned and implemented an annual Diocesan Campaign, which generated more than $5 million annually. He supervised staff of six development professionals and managed a database of 30,000 active prospects. He established and implemented a campaign to fund the Catholic Educational Foundation and organized a comprehensive planned gift program. From 1988 to 2008,

During his twenty years tenure at CSM, Steven Virgadamo made remarkable contribution. Today, many still believe Steven Virgadamo is synonymous with Catholic School Management. Steve is recognized as providing strategic vision to the firm and supervising staff members retained to strengthen the advancement efforts and development of Catholic Educational institutions within the United States and abroad. He developed and executed training programs and cultivated new business opportunities. Being a notable motivational speaker, he conducted various seminars, conferences, and useful workshops.
