7 Proposal shall be submitted in two separate volumes - Volume I – Technical Proposal - Volume II – Cost/Price Proposal Proposal Due Date: September 16, 2015 5:00PM EST Proposals shall be submitted both: - Electronically via e-mail to alicia.williams@cbp.dhs.gov and rochelle.a.allen@cbp.dhs.gov - In hard copy to the stated address in the RFP Any proposal that is not in compliance with Section L instructions will not be given further consideration.
