People put a small piece of holly on the top, after the pudding is cooked.

6. CHRISTMAS CAROLS Many Christmas carols are hundreds of years old and tell stories about Christmas. ‘Silent Night’ helps us to remember the first Christmas. It was first sung in a little village church in Austria, in 1818.
