Completing Applications Use blue or black ink Write legibly (or type) Read through entire application and follow all directions If you do not have an answer to a prompt write NA (not applicable) Have all important information ready. Before Turning in Your Application Make sure you have a phone number and voice mail to be reached at Keep a clean copy of your application for your records Make sure it’s not crinkled, stained, or bent Bring a copy of your resume and reference list to hand in with the application Make sure to hand it into a manager/supervisor UNIT 1 LESSON 4 6
