6 Though its hard to believe as great as your students have been so far, we all have one of those days. Usually a brief reminder is all we need to get back on track. Occasionally more is required … First Alert, Second Alert, Call to Parents, Conference with Principal

7 Notebook, composition notebook, black or blue ink pens, highlighters, crayons or markers, scissors

8 This year all language arts classes are creating interactive workbooks for both their grammar and writing notes. An interactive notebook allows students to develop the habit of writing or taking notes each day. It also helps them develop the process of writing by having a place to capture their thoughts. Notebooks will be available for viewing at conference time.
