1. Objectives of Project Orientation Ensures that people moving onto new projects and/or accounts are set up for success in their new role. The Project Orientation form provides a checklist of important activities that should be covered in the process as well as a record of key issues to be managed between the individual and his/her new project manager/KAD. Project Orientation should take place as soon as an individual is assigned, or as soon as possible thereafter to avoid compromising the individual, the project, MAC and the client.
