Annual budget of 1,5 million (Euros). 3000m² of buildings Results : ( as at 31 August 2001) assistance to 393 new activities including : 266 business creation 127 diversifications

Project Managers visits in each partner-region 3.Regional screening, with direct contact in research centers, to encourage in an European approach

Objectives : duplicata the know-how of a success story in an other region Exemple : PCM Assistance in Lorraine with Germany in the field of restoring data bases.
