Is there clarity of sponsorship and leadership of the collaboration Is this collaboration feasible? Yes or no? If no, rework. If yes, keep going. Did you discuss goals and time lines? Is there clarity around roles? Describe needed roles Did you discuss work process (methods of communication, feedback, etc.)?
