Map Quiz: Thursday/Friday, Jan 20/21 Two-Sided Quiz Side A Identify the four different environment s in Africa (pg 114) Locate the five major rivers discussed in class: – Nile – Congo – Niger – Senegal – Zambezi Side B You will have a list of countries in Africa From that list, you will need to place 15 countries into their correct political borders. You may place up to 25 countries in their correct borders for 5 points extra credit.

Africa “Gallery” ½ the class will be sitting at their desks and looking at the different pictures of Art, and will try to determine their significance and uses. The other ½ of the class will be moving around the room in groups of 2 and looking at different African proverbs, and determining the message that they are trying to teach. Groups will have 2 minutes at each station, and we will switch after 15 minutes.
