2. Donation Types
Online Donations = Credit Card donations through your team webpage or your personal webpage
These are recorded automatically on your personal webpage when someone makes a donation
2. Offline Donations = Cash or Checks turned in at Team Info Meetings, Bank Night, or mailed to the ACS Everett Office
These donations must be confirmed by the committee before they will show on your personal webpage

3. Money Envelopes
All offline donations need to be placed into an ACS money envelope prior to turning them in
Please make sure to fill out the entire envelope!
General Team Donations:
If you would like your donations credited to your team total, please leave the “Your Name” section blank
Participant Donations:
If you would like your donations credited to your individual total & your team total, please include your full name on the money envelope

4. Offline Donations
ACS keeps track of all offline (cash & check) donations that are turned in at Team Info Meetings, Bank Night, & Relay
You can now keep track of these donations on your personal webpage too!
This is not required, but it is an option for participants & teams who would like to use it

5. Recording your Offline Donations
If you would like to have your offline donations posted on your webpage, you need to…
Add the donation to your personal webpage
Turn in a completed “Offline Donation Form” inside of your your money envelope
The committee will confirm the offline donation was received and it will show on your webpage within 1 week
Donations that are mailed to ACS with an offline donation form will be automatically recorded and posted to your personal webpage

6. STEP 1: Adding Offline Donations to your Personal Webpage
Click on the “My Progress” Link
Click on “Enter Gifts Received Offline”
Enter all of the requested information about the Offline Donation and submit the info for processing
It will take approximately 1 week for your donation to be confirmed and to show on your webpage

7. STEP 2: Offline Donation Form
Complete the Offline Donation Form
Include this form in your Money Envelope when turning in Offline Donations at Team Info Meetings, Bank Night, or Relay For Life
The committee will confirm all of the donations were received and will post the information on your webpage
