Fee Schedule Dues: $350/Year Impact Fee, $500 (Due prior to construction) Late Fee for Unpaid Dues, $50 Note: Fee is assessed after March 1st. Supplemental Late Fee for Unpaid Dues, $50 Note: Fee is assessed after October 1st. Non-Payer Fee Schedule for Non-Payment of Dues Lien Filing Fee, $200 minimum Lien Removal Fee, $200 minimum Attorney Letter, $150 minimum Lawsuit Filing Fee, $800 minimum Hearing Fees, $2,000 minimum Foreclosure Fee, $2,000 minimum or forfeiture of property Foreclosure or loss of property to FHPOA Note: Additional fees may apply. REMOTE CLICKER (ESTIMATED COST: $45-$55/REMOTE + $10 SET UP FEE FOR FIRST REMOTE) SCROLL TO TELEPHONE NUMBER GENERAL CODE ENTRY WILL BE REMOVED FROM SYSTEM MAILED NOTICE CAMERA SYSTEM BEING INVESTIGATED
