Challenge: What are the solids in the mixture? Procedure: 1.Review table 1 (pg. A-29) 2.Create a table to record “Properties of Separated Solids” (pg. A-28) 3.Prepare solids by removing any coating w/ steel wool, rinse, and dry well 4.Work w/ group to conduct each test on each solid 5.Rinse and dry after each test if necessary 6.Follow teacher’s directions for cleanup
