4. THE PLAN Trip 1 February 2015  Training of Trainers in Neonatal Resuscitation Trip 2  Training of trainers in Post Resuscitation Care Trip 3  Assistance in maintaining on-going teaching program Trip 4  UoG instructors develop their own instructor training course/recertification courses

METHODOLOGY Instructor courses  Instructors take the “learner” course (2d)  Instructors learn how to teach the learner course (2d)  Instructors teach their first learner course with US team (2d) Interim  Instructors continue to teach learner courses independently  Follow-up with US team by skype/follow-up visit Year 2  Instructors continue teaching at least 8 learner courses  US team assists in developing instructor course/recertification course
