5 “Plant Name” drop down list Pick on drop down arrow Select Plant Plant Number AutoFills

6 “Plant Name” drop down list cont … Operations field changes with location of “Plant Name” selected

7 “Drawing Number” confirmation If the Dwg. Number field is filled in prior to selecting the “Plant Name” from the drop down list, a message box with require an overwrite or not answer. Yes – the number reverts back to only the Plant Number ie. 75- No – the filled in number field remains as is.

8 “Classification” and “Title 2” drop down lists Pick on drop down arrow

9 “Revision Number” selection Select using up or down arrows

10 “Revision Number” cont... If the Rev. Number selected is zero, a message box with require a continue or not answer.

11 “Drawing Scale” Pick on drop down arrow More Scales added to list

12 “Current Revision Start Date” Double click on field to open calendar If not using current date, choose date and “Commit” Click “Today” to use current date

22 “Drawing Checker” NEW !! Prior to using “Drawing Checker” confirm all data entries with “Done” and re-open the “Data Entry Utility”.

25 “Drawing Checker” cont …. Use to check all drawings in project folder

26 “Drawing Checker” cont …. “Drawing Checker” generates a results sheet in Excel format. For information on reading “Drawing Checker” results see “Drawing Checker Utility”

27 Additional information Only areas common to all plants are shown in the “Area” drop down list. Date format errors include using “ / “ as a separator. Only key commands for copy, cut and paste work within the fields ie Ctrl + C User is not limited to information in the drop down lists, at anytime all fields can be manually entered. Letters are not recognized as a Revision number.
