ENT-surgeon who appreciates voice as a unique personal characteristic and way of communication gains technical skills in imaging and assessment of vocal fold and swallowing, and analysis of voice gains surgical skills to apply modern methods to improve laryngeal function gets used to team-work: HNS, Ped-ORL, Anesthesia, Phoniatrics, Oncological board etc.
