PLUS relationships built with teachers/principals  San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts – practices “Art in the community with an interdisciplinary approach”  UCRA – looking for a more systemic way to approach water issue.  City of San Angelo – didn’t realize it needed to do this, honestly.
