4. Eoin O’Leary I Will bring previous experience of working with a System to manage patients and appointments. I worked in St. Colmcilles Loughlinstown for a year as clerical support. I used the radiology information system(R.I.S), and the Patient Administration System(P.A.S) on a daily basis. I Know how the sorting system works and what work needs to be done to make it accessible and user friendly.

6. Assigning Roles Different strengths for different elements of the project. After 1 week, and 2 meet-ups, there is no indication that I am a better programmer than any other member of our team. Each member has similar roles until we can adapt an element of the project around there strengths.

8. Surgery Appointment Management System First choice as we felt it we would be the most suited to this field. Eoin’s previous experience was valuable in the decision making. Our initial interest was that the Surgery Appointment Management System is used both nationally and internationally. It is vital to the running of hospitals and surgeries alike. Without a system like this the modern medical world would be in the dark ages, We wish to develop this system so that it is as user friendly and efficient as can possibly be.

9. Teams Advantages Eoin’s mother is a surgical nurse who deals primarily in administration. A good knowledge base to start with. Great cooperation and teamwork. Each Team Member brings valuable skills to the project. All first choice in the team, which shows enthusiasm towards the project. Who doesn’t want to work for someone called Dr Rex Dark???

10. Approach Brainstorming session to finalise what we want to use and what would be most beneficial to the Client. Plann what we will start with and have our software stick to our plan as much as possible. Keep the requirments the focul point of the project.
