3. Creating a Vision. Scout- sent out to observe tactics of opponent, search for talent, food, etc. Nomad – move from place to place in search of food, water and land Observation of others and their means to a solution

4. Communicating the New Vision. Posters read: The Nomadic Solution Is Logical Posters help relay information and get others on board!

5. Empower Others to Act. Scouting by water instead of air. Teaching the young of the tasks put In front of the scouts.

7. Don’t Let Up. Move again to a bigger better location!!!! New way of life. The vision through acceptance of change becomes reality.
