14.  Email is like #1 communication now so we have to be professional FORMAT  First comes Date  Dear Sirs/Madams, To Whom It May Concern, Dear [persons name], Good[morning/evening/afternoon]  Write out the body in separate but complete sentences or very short paragraphs.  CHECK for spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, or punctuation errors  Sign like this:  Sincerely/Best/Thanks/Peace&Regards/See You  NO Love Shove, See Ya Babes, HunBuns, XOXOXO, etc.  Then Write your Complete name
