3. CHISTOPHER CLOUMBUS Chistopher Cloumbus was born in Genoa Italy. He enjoyed Sailing and life at sea. He spent time as he travelled long dangerous journeys. In1479 he married Filipa Perestrello, they had a son called Diego. In 1482, he asked king John II of Portugal for money and ships but he refused. Then he when to king Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Spain who decided to help him. The king and the Queen gave Columbus three ships: the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria.

4. ERNEST SHACKLETON Ernest Shackleton was an irish Explorer. He was born on the 15 th of Febuary 1874 and died on 5 th of January 1982. Shackieton was born in kikea, but he grow up in London. Although his father wanted Ernest to become a doctor like himself, the younghad other ideas and decided to join the Navy.

5. NEIL ARMSTRONG Neil was born on the 5 th of August, 1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio, United States America. He died on the25th of August, 2012 in Cinannati, Ohio, United States America. Neil was the first ever person to step foot on the moon

6. MARCO POLO Marco Polo was born in 1254 in the Venetian Republic. The city of Venice, Italy was at the center of the Venetian Republic. When he was 17 years old, he went to China with his father, Niccolo, and his uncle, Maffeo. Pope Gregory X sent them to visit kublai Khan, the emperor of China.
