From your homepage, you can view your calendar with all the employer events coming up and the interviews for which you have signed up. The home page also contains links to report a placement, view upcoming appointments and access your saved job searches. LionSHARE Home Page

Your profile contains your personal and academic information. Your academic information will be automatically populated from SIS on a regular basis. Employers will not be able to view this information. Your Profile

Contains your pertinent documents like resumes, cover letters and transcripts. You are allowed a maximum of 99 resumes and 99 cover letters. You are able to edit a resume or cover letter after you have submitted it. My Documents

Referral = A resume submission for a job posting Placement = A job offer acceptance Schedules = Interviews for which you have signed up. RSVPs = Events you are attending Referrals in LionSHARE

Allows you to search a listing of employer information. Results include details like a company description, office location and jobs posted. This is a voluntary list and does not contain all of our active employers. Employer Directory

This function allows you to search both Columbia- targeted and syndicated MonsterTRAK postings. You can use the search fields to help limit your results. Conversely, just clicking Search will call up all available jobs. Job Search Function

You can search for both OCR jobs that you qualify for and those you do not. If you are not able to apply for a job, it means that your academic information does not meet the employers’ requirements. On Campus Recruiting

This page lists all employer-related events You are able to RSVP for any of these events from this page if registration is required. The events that you sign up for will appear in your calendar on your homepage. Career Fairs and Info Sessions
