3. PELS WG Officer Training New PELSC officers received training in standards and WG P&P – Standards Development – WG Procedures IEEE has provided these electronically and they will be posted on new Central Desktop for PELS standards

4. IEEE PELS Passed AudCom review AudCom passed WG P&P “without issue” – Notification received 31/5/2013 This will be reported by the reviewers to the June meetings of SASB & an official notice will follow

5. Contacts Made PW has made contact with standards chairs from related societies to engage and communicate: – IAS: Mark Halpin – IES: Victor Huang Both Mark and Victor have indicated a willingness to work together where appropriate with a positive and constructive response

6. PELSC Decision Required We have set up the new Central Desktop space for PELSC We need to decide whether to switch from Mentor to Central Desktop The PELSC will review this and make a decision over the summer – Comments welcome in the meantime from any active users as to preference
