Founding Fathers George Washington president over the convection that drafted the United States Constitution. John Adams was the first vice president. Benjamin Franklin created the lighting rod and the Franklin stove. James Madison drafted the United States Constitution

The Three Regions New England: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island Middle Colonies: New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Delaware Southern Colonies: Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina and Georgia

What Made Them Unique New England: fishing (especially codfish), whaling, trapping, ship building and logging Middle Colonies: logging, ship building, textiles production and paper making Southern Colonies: rice, indigo, tobacco, sugar cane and cotton

Tools Used in Colonial Times
Saws of all tools used by 18th-centry woodworkers most technically capable to manufacture. Chisels and Gouges are the most ancient tools used to shape wood. Planes are chisel-like blades mounted in stocks or bodies. They assist the worker by holding the blade at the correct angle.

Music and Games In Colonial Times there was music that soothed your soul. Three of these songs were Now Christmas Come, Joy to the World, and Jesus Refulist Omnuim. For entertainment kid would play board games, puzzles and cards.
