3 The Three Regions New England: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island Middle Colonies: New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Delaware Southern Colonies: Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina and Georgia

4 What Made Them Unique New England: fishing (especially codfish), whaling, trapping, ship building and logging Middle Colonies: logging, ship building, textiles production and paper making Southern Colonies: rice, indigo, tobacco, sugar cane and cotton

6 Tools Used in Colonial Times
