Those experiencing homelessness can access Shelter Association services by calling Housing Access at 734 961 1999 As a Resident As a Services Client As well as having access to many community partner organizations and professionals who offer services at the Delonis Center. Shelter Association Programs Residential Program Focuses on finding income and affordable housing serving up to 75 adult men and women at one time Services include: Case Management Temporary Bed Access to all Shelter Services (focusing on finding income and affordable housing). Services Program Services Program focuses on Outreach and Engagement, serving between 1,200 and 1,500 each year. Services include: Specialized services for non-residents Non Residential case management Free Health Clinic Shelter Association of Washtenaw County 4

Warming Programs Winter Programs provides a warm place to stay during the coldest months of the winter Rotating Shelter a partnership with regional faith-based congregations Warming Center offers a warm place to stay for those reluctant to engage in service and have no other place to stay (overnight 9 pm-7am) Arranged for extra beds beginning in January to accommodate overflow (thanks to participating congregations.) Daytime Warming Center allows people to remain indoors during the day in colder weather. Operated during the week at local congregations and at the Delonis Center on the weekends.
