1 What am I? by Madison Baker

2 I am an incredible insect because I can do things animals can’t do.

3 I mostly eat worms and spiders I find under and on the ground.

4 I have long antennae to use for smelling my food.

5 I have a sort of hard sort of soft shell.

6 I lay up to 60 eggs per year.

7 I have venomous fangs to kill my prey.

8 I live in decomposing matter like dead leaves or rotten logs found under rocks.

9 I crawl on the ground fast to catch my prey.

10 I only have three main body parts called the trunk, antennae, and head.

11 I usually I live up to five years.

12 There are 8,000 species of me.

13 I am found all over the world like Antarctica and the desert.

14 What am I?

15 I am a centipede.
