Issues arising Must be some “condition” - Reg 4(1) ‘Safely’ – Consider choking when taking nutrition; overdosing when managing therapy; falling or slipping; ‘Acceptable standard’ – What is this? ‘Repeatedly’ and ‘reasonable time period’
