As you prepare and execute queries additional tabs are opened: –Search – select what you want to search for and enter the search criteria you want to use –Search Results – shows records matching search criteria –Details – detailed information about party, property, transaction, and digital documents (only available for users that have permission to view and print digital documents) Dynamic User Interface

6. Using the Web Access module, you can search for: –Transactions in process –Registered transactions –Properties –Parties –Scanned documents View documents (images) GRM Registry Web Access

7. Transactions may be one of two (2) types: –Registered transactions have been registered –Transactions in process are transactions are not yet registered Under the Search tab, click Transaction search for a transaction Searching for Transactions
