5  HR POLICY DOCUMENTED BY HOSPITAL  VACANCY IS FORWARDED TO MANAGEMENT THROUGH HR DEPT  QUALIFICATION,EXPERIENCE DECIDED AND STAFF RECRUITED THROUGH AGENCIES  STAFF INTERVIEW AND VERIFICATION IS DONE  STAFF APPOINTED ON PROBATION  INDUCTION TRAINING DONE  CONFIRMED AFTER PROBATION

6 INITIAL INDUCTION TRAINING SERVICE RULES SAFETY TRAINING INFECTION CONTROL TRAINING TRAINING NEEDS IDENTIFICATION DONE AFTER TRAINING POST TRAINING COMPETENCY EVALUATED.

7  SAFETY MANUAL OF HOSPITAL,INFECTION CONTROL MANUAL,RADIATION SAFETY MANUAL  STAFF IS TRAINED IN HOSPITAL SAFETY,PATIENT AND STAFF SAFETY  SAFETY OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS  FIRE SAFETY,CODES TRAINING  PPE AND UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS TRG GIVEN  DEPENDING ON RISK IN JOB PROFILE ACCCORDINGLY TRAINING AND ORIENTATION IS DONE

8 TRAINING IS A CONTINUOUS PROCESS TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT IS DONE AND ACCORDINNGLY TRAININGS ARE DONE WHENEVER NEW EQUIPMENT IS INTRODUCED OR NEW JOB DESCRIPTION OS GIVEN FRESH TRAINING IS DONE AND COMPETENCCY EVALUATION ANY ERRORS OR SENTINAL EVENTS ETC ALSO RESULT IN RETRAINING

9  HOSPITAL HAS AN EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE AND ALSO SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE GRIEVANCES OF EMPOYEES  DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE IS ALSO DOCUMENTED WITH COUNSELLING LETTER.WARNING LETTERS,AND OTHER DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

10  HR MANUAL AND SERVICE RULES HAVE DOCUMENTED PROCEDURE FOR GRIEVANCES AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT  ALL DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS ARE INFORMED DURING INTIAL TRAINING  ALL ACTS OF INDICIPLINE ARE HANDLED ACCCORDING TO HOSPITAL POLICY

13  EACH EMPLOYEE HAS S PERSONAL RECORD THE FILE CONTAINS ALL INFO ABOUT QUALIFICATION, HEALTH, TRAINING,DISCIPLINE, VERIFICATION, PF,ESI. ANNUAL REPORT,ANNUAL INCREMENT ETC
