Implementation Timeline Installed & setup software Summer 2008. Most of the initial setup was done as part of Datatel consulting services packaged with the software, requiring minimal IT resources. Started entering individual cases for BWC Fall 2008. Customizations done throughout fall and spring semesters. First batch cases created Spring 2009. Currently working with Datatel on enhancements to help with administration, performance, and usability issues.
