VP University Affairs Pat’s Executive Report - London passed new by-law (which allows us to legally stop at the LTC stops) AKA: good news for the Mustang Express -USC is now part of City Symposium (Monthly speaker series) - See-Click-Fix App. = will be released soon! - Erin Uberig is new host of Fuss on the Buss

8. VP Finance Jen’s Executive Report - renovations to lounge = complete - under budget & bean-bag chairs - Faculty Council Grants: - first installment is out! - There is now a DEBIT machine in the Spoke kitchen and at the Spoke Cafe.

10. SURVIVAL BOX A Richmond & Tower Production - comical play about survival - tickets now on sale now - can buy tickets at InfoSource - location: the ARTS project - dates: Dec. 2nd-5th

11. Finance Standing Committee Motion to update the USC Travel Policy - changed the hotel (accommodation) allocation to include # of rooms, instead of # of people. - (ex. if 3 exec stay in a hotel, they can share a room, instead of paying for 3 individual rooms.)

12. C.I. Standing Committee (Campus Issues) - “Purple Bikes” is in need of a new location. - A working group has been created to further research this issue and consider future location possibilities and feasibility.

13. Communications Standing Committee - the committee looked at media outlets on campus. - analyzed how the USC and students are interacting with these outlets.

14. S.E. Standing Committee (Student Events) - looked at & analyzed survey results from a previous USC survey that asked students for event suggestions - students wanted more big concerts & small concerts - the committee feels that the USC has come a long way in reaching these goals - Various constituencies and the USC have held concerts over the past few years
