Turbines Fuel –Natural Gas or Propane –ULS #2 fuel oil, diesel or kerosene, as backup –Backup fuel limited to 100 hrs/yr Performance Standards –SOTA stds for NOx, CO & VOC –AP-42 factors & 15 ppm Sulfur for SO2 –Manufacturer’s guarantees for TSP & PM-10 –NSPS 4K for testing & monitoring reqs
