Extra Development Charges (EDC) Club Membership @ Rs. 2 Lac per office (lifetime). There would be 4 nominees for the club per office. The monthly subscription, F & B and other charges will be extra. CESC Security Deposit : As applicable by the department. For load consumption : Rs 5000/- per KW for transformer and cable charges up to office. Common Area Maintenance (CAM) @ Rs. 3.5 /- to Rs 4 /-per sft exclusive of the electricity charges for air conditioning used in the common area as well as your unit. Legal / Documentation Charges @ Rs. 20,000 /- per unit. Generator Charges @ Rs. 5000 /- per KW as per requirement furnished by you. Name Transfer Charges : Rs. 1 Lac per unit for the first name transfer. A minimum lock in period of 1 Year from the date of booking is to be maintained.
