Challenges Continue to work on increasing achievement level of student’s with disabilities in Math and our 3 rd and 4 th graders. Science and Social studies scores must be improved. Involving parents and building community with all stakeholders is an area of focus. New initiatives have put a strain on the staff. High transient rate creates a problem for consistency in historical data.

Future Initiatives Create a School Improvement plan that involves strategies that all teachers can do to help improve performance in the area of Mathematics, Reading, Writing, Science and Social Studies. Enabling our school to be successful on the CCPRI. Implement the new CCGPS curriculum with fidelity. Align professional learning activities to school goals. Promote and engage stakeholders in meaningful dialogue concerning becoming a charter school. Experience an innovative approach to our educational program by applying Howard Gardner's research on Multiple Intelligences.
