Implementation and S&DT issues: Way forward Formalise the prioritisation of S&DT and Implementation issues in terms of their commercial and development values. Conclusions Regional cooperation between Asian and African countries can bring greater stability, better policy coordination, improved infrastructure planning and a more dynamic pattern of trade and development. Harnessing the synergies between developed countries and certain developing countries would facilitate LDCs to maximise their benefits from the Doha Work Programme. This model can be applied to South Asian countries as well. Regional cooperation between Asian and African countries can bring greater stability, better policy coordination, improved infrastructure planning and a more dynamic pattern of trade and development. Harnessing the synergies between developed countries and certain developing countries would facilitate LDCs to maximise their benefits from the Doha Work Programme. This model can be applied to South Asian countries as well.
