How to create a Work Cited Page ▪ Go to Easybib.com ▪ If you are getting information from a webpage, copy the URL into the box and click “cite this”

How to Create an In-Text Citation ▪ After you have written your sentence or information you got from your source, you need to create an in-text citation. This is basically a reference point. The way it works is it gives the reader a “link” to which source the information came from. Here is an example using the citation from before. ▪ Abraham Lincoln became the United States' 16th President in 1861, issuing the Emancipation Proclamation that declared forever free those slaves within the Confederacy in 1863 (Abraham Lincoln).

NOTE! If your source is a book, you need to add what PAGE you got the information on. If your source is from a webpage that has multiple pages to click through, you need to add the page number to that as well.
