As a Volunteer it is Your RIGHT: To be assigned a meaningful task To be oriented, trained and supervised during the duration of your activity

To ask questions about your task and seek feedback about your performance To be treated with respect and kindness at all times by every member of the organization for which you volunteer

To offer input and feedback to the organization about the job or task you are performing in an effort to improve your situation and the needs of volunteers in the future.

You have right to useful knowledge and the rules of the program: pleadings, forms, document assembly, research avenues, fillable PDFs, guided tours, sharepoint, base camp, wikis

You have the right NOT to repeat and relive the basic client intake and interview; you have the right to receive the content of the intake and interview in electronic format so that you can manipulate the data quickly and input it into your systems.

You have the right to NEVER have to buy stamps to respond to your pro bono coordinator. You have the right to fill out a brief electronic survey and be done with it!

Weave pro bono publico service into your career. Actively manage your pro bono practice.
