TO BE Childcare Central Suitability Office (CSO) Background Check Processing and Documentation Support - Centralized database for personnel data e.g. FAP, ADMITS (SARP), etc - Electronic fingerprinting machines at every installation Reverification Re-verify background check TBD days prior to 5-year background check expiration Every check has its own 5-year clock National Database Check A Child Care National Agency Check and Written Inquiry (CNACI) is required to be initiated on all individuals within seven business days of hire for Employees, providers, and volunteers Inspection Criteria Ensure the local Multi-Disciplinary Team Inspection (MDTI) of all background check screens for every CYP employee, in-home care provider, and volunteer CSO will ensure background check inspection criteria is communicated Local Adjudication - Ensure adjudication of any adverse information is conducted by the Installation Commander or his or her designee within 7 days of the receipt of information - Provide enterprise-wide processing and documentation standards for adjudication
