30. Client Feedback Management System

31. NNC Client Feedback Management System Guidelines and tool for client feedback on policies were prepared in consultation with NPPD and selected regions Memorandum to AD requesting issuance of Memo Circular adopting the same forwarded on 18 May 2015.

Instructions for filling up Client Feedback form for Policy Intended for stakeholders to whom specific policy is relevant – NGAs, NGOs, LGUs, PhilCAN, Development Partners and Industry Partners or Professional Organizations (One form per agency, organization or unit) – Individuals from the general public who wish to provide feedback or individuals belonging to the academe and/or professional organizations

Distribution of Forms Forms shall be distributed with attached template to relevant agencies and organizations within 3 months of policy issuance Number of forms to be distributed will depend on the number of relevant agencies and organizations identified by the process owner Filled up forms can be submitted to NNC through courier or emailed to info@nnc.gov.ph info@nnc.gov.ph
