3 Behaviorist and the Volcano PowerPoint  Specific Instructions about what to include on each slide  Students make flash cards in PowerPoint to memorize the facts about volcanos  Teachers gives a lot feedback and rewards students who are performing well (Reinforcement)  Mid unit check ins  Students do multiple slides on the same facts  All of the slides have the same design  Clear learning goals and expectations (Rubric)  Standardized, detailed rubric  Specific feedback at the end of the unit.
